Currently, Alexandra is a Sr. Partner at INTALEGENCE and CEO of Culture Elevation Consulting LLC, helping tech start-ups achieve sustainable growth through optimized People systems and organizational design.
Her career includes leadership roles in DEI and change management across various industries. Alexandra is also an Adjunct Professor at The Chicago School and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership. Known for her "Design, Align, and Climb" method, Alexandra addresses organizational misalignment, focusing on intentional structuring, system alignment, and leadership empowerment for continuous success.
