She brings systems thinking to life within Functionly and across our content from her past experience in a fast growing Australian HealthTech company, a big four Management Consulting firm, and a global Mining company.
Her background is in Botany, while a surprising beginning for an org designer/tech girl/ operations guru, it gave Amy an understanding of complex, interconnected systems that help her grapple with the hard questions inside organizations.
