Beth Gunderson is a highly regarded expert in organizational design and enterprise transformation, with over 35 years of experience in the field. She is the Founder of Minikahda Partners, a firm dedicated to organization and talent architecture.

In addition to her role at Minikahda, she serves as an Executive Fellow at the University of Southern California's Center for Effective Organizations, where she teaches workshops on Strategic Organization Design and Adapting to Disruption. She has also instructed in the MBA program at École Polytechnique Fédérale (EPFL) in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Beth's professional journey includes 32 years at General Mills, where she held various leadership positions across Research and Development, Supply Chain, and Human Resources. During her tenure, she spearheaded significant global reorganization efforts, including the restructuring of U.S. and international businesses, as well as a global joint venture with Nestlé.

She is known for developing organization design and change management tools tailored for HR and business leaders. Her approach to organizational design emphasizes systems thinking, focusing on interconnected ecosystems rather than fragmented parts. This holistic perspective has informed her work with a wide range of organizations, from startups to large global enterprises undergoing transformative changes. Beth holds a BS in Industrial Technology with a specialization in Package Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and an MA in Human Resource Development focused on Organization Development from the University of St. Thomas. Her extensive experience and academic background make her a valuable asset in the field of organizational design.
