Steve Garcia is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Contemporary Leadership Advisors (CLA), a leadership consulting firm established in 2016. Based in Millburn, New Jersey, he helps leaders navigate modern business complexities. Prior to CLA, Garcia held senior roles at AlixPartners and Philosophy IB, focusing on organizational performance and workforce management. He holds degrees from the University of Virginia and an Ed.D. from North Carolina State University, where he researched organizational network analysis. Garcia is also a board member and faculty at the Institute for Contemporary Leadership, a published author, and frequent speaker on leadership.
