With responsibility for scaling CodeMax’s team globally to meet its rapid growth, Alan Kamis, Chief Operating Officer, needed a tool that would enable him to quickly visualize his organization in its current state and map out future growth scenarios for expanding his teams across offices, functions, and managers.

Kamis discovered Functionly at his previous company when he was implementing a restructure. He found that spreadsheets didn’t enable him to visualize his future workforce.
